I have just searched the community database for flooding information with very little available.

**Question** 🙋‍♀️, should we compile a new topic for flooding, landslips, and other hazards.

It would be useful to our community of buyers and tenants seeking all types of property?

Great idea! Timing is perfect! I would be really pissed off if I had just moved my family to a new home and then got flooded out only to find that this has happen before. How do we do this?
