# ❤️ How Can You Help Property Success With NEW KIDS Grow?

For more than 10 years, Lee and Chris have bootstrapped NEW KIDS themselves.

They’re done that because they believe in what they are building — a community (real estate ecosystem) where people & businesses can share knowledge, ask questions and get support throughout their property journey.

Now the community is starting to grow, and a few members have asked us:

**“How can I help?”**

So we’re exploring two simple ways our members can support the community.

### ☕ Buy the Community a Coffee or tea. (Not for Lee or Chris)

If you’ve found something useful, enjoyed being part of the community, or simply want to say thank you, you can make a small voluntary contribution.

Every coffee will help us continue operating, improving and growing Property Success With NEW KIDS.

### 👥 Donate a new Member

This is the one we really love.

Instead of giving us money, **give us someone who could benefit from being part of the community.**

Think of a friend, family member, colleague, neighbour, tenant, homeowner, investor, business owner, tradie or anyone else who is on a real estate journey.

**One new member could be worth far more to our community than a cup of coffee (or tea).**

### 🔎 And we’ll be transparent

We’re going to keep this simple and transparent.

We’ll track the support we receive and let our community know how we’re doing.

There is absolutely **no obligation** to contribute anything.

Being a member, asking a question, answering someone else’s question, sharing a topic or simply telling someone about us is already helping.
