I’m selling my 5 apartments at lake Tekapo. Freehold - no body corporate, all on one certificate of title. Fully managed by professional agents, this is the best hands-off investment.
Lake Tekapo is humming - this last summer was our busiest yet for tourism and it’s a year-round destination with star-gazing, Church of the Good Shepherd and winter skiing.
