We have been following the holiday and home market in Lake Tekapo.
Supply and demand stats are changing.
Over the last year we have seen a big decline in available homes, holidays homes for sale. Traditionally this usually happens before a boom starts. Perhaps the time to buy is now??

⬆ I am also aware of this. There are some good holiday accomodation operators who will mange your holiday home for cashflow!
