I didn’t know about this region in Australia. Anyone know if it’s a big mining area and if so, are there any new mines opening up? (A key opportunity to buy a house and land package?).

Hi @Littlejohn @RealHelp Now that mining link is really useful for our Australian community.
I have had many personal experiences in Southern NSW with potential developers planning a major new home 500+ project only to discover that their are old mines under the land. Here is a tip - always check out the land history before you buy!!

I like Adelaide more central but would consider perhaps a bit rural if the right infrastructure was there? Is there a mining map for South Australia?
