Hi @Littlejohn. I have read this article. Firstly, the commenters may will have a conflict of interest! (So be careful with this type of media post) Secondly, do your own research. (Talk to valuers and other investors)Thirdly, and in my opinion the most important what is the real estate cycle status?

For our family, investing in property allowed us get multiple benefits.

- we used the rental income to reduce our mortgage debt
- we got capital growth by CPI inflation and asset growth
- our equity grew two ways by, debt reduction and increased value of our property
- rental income increased over time
- our tenants improved the building they occupied
