My mission
I’m passionate about helping rebalance the real estate world through better information and powerful online support for people, wherever they live, work, or invest.

My journey start
I started my real estate career in Wellington, New Zealand in 1987 as a 23-year-old commercial and industrial researcher before moving into selling and leasing.

My experience
Over 38+ years I’ve worked across the London, Australian, and New Zealand property markets in agency, property and asset management, investment, development, acquisitions, disposals, and advisory roles across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

The reality
Real estate has not always been glamour and success. During the 2008 financial crisis I faced significant pressure with many of my vacant buildings and faced difficult lessons. One lesson that stayed with me: empty buildings have little value without people and purpose.

My legacy to our community
One of the most valuable things I can share with our community, Property Success with NEW KIDS, is not only what to do in real estate — but also what not to do.
