My mission:
I love anything to do with rebalancing the real estate world with better information and super powerful online support for all real estate users, no matter where you may live, work or invest!

In 1987 I started learning:
I started my real estate career back in 1987 in Wellington, New Zealand as a 23 year old commercial & industrial researcher then graduated to a selling and leasing agent.

My experience:
Now in 2025, (38 years later) participated in London, Australia and New Zealand real estate markets, which include, Agency, Property & Asset management, Invested in residential, commercial and industrial properties, Developed and transformed many asset types, Consultants to corporates and specialist users for acquisitions and disposal and much, much more.

It was not all riches and glamour for me!
It is important to share that (for me) it has all not been glamour and riches, especially around the 2008 world financial crisis. I was fighting for my financial life with so many vacant buildings that I owned putting extreme pressure on me. And to top it off, I learned that empty buildings have no value.

My legacy to our community:
Perhaps my greatest contribution I can make, is to share, my experiences to our community ‘Property Success with NEW KIDS,’ is about what not to do in real estate!!
