What’s going on with retirement village share prices?

This is a good (or frustrating) story depending upon your interest in this. In NZ it’s hard to make anything work so it’s interesting to see that the Retirement sector is struggling. Perhaps we are better to put our money into properties that are new, single story, with a bedroom on the ground floor??
