Throughout his career, Chris has helped property owners, investors, tenants, businesses, and first-home buyers navigate one of life’s biggest financial decisions. Having worked through multiple property cycles, he understands that every property journey is different and that access to trusted information can make all the difference.

Lee Herd brings more than 30 years of IT engineering and technology experience to NEW KIDS.
His expertise spans software architecture, systems engineering, automation, cloud technologies, and scalable digital platforms. Lee is responsible for designing the technology that allows the community to grow securely, reliably, and efficiently while making it simple for members to participate.
Working behind the scenes, Lee ensures the NEW KIDS platform continues to evolve with modern technology, enabling new features, smarter tools, and future innovations that will support members for years to come.
