I see that painting scams are still going on, they are also big in Australia.
If you need a genuine painter then post a wanted in marketplace or just ask a question or get references from our community.

Hi @chris-newkids, thanks for this reminder, glad to report that none of our clients have been caught, but we are definitely seeing some doggy quotations for painting and other trades.

We haven’t seen any scams in any trades, but then we have our preferred trades we like to use.

Agree with @Im2 , we also have our prefer trades that we like to use. I am sure this has paid dividends for us in the past. Tradesman trust is pretty important to us.
