Hi @tech-newkid @chris-newkids. Great video. It gives just the tip iceberg what you can learn here in this real estate community. I highly recommend anyone joining, especially for the over 50’s. It’s a real safe environment to have discussions, unlike facebook groups. Plus the data is owned by discourse and the owners of NEW KIDS.

@Hopefullone thanks for that post. Although I am obviously biases :grinning_face: We are only just getting started. What is truly inspiring for the co-founders is the feed back and market proof that our community is getting smarter and really avoiding those nasty real estate experiences. (where financial loss and human anxiety live :anxious_face_with_sweat: )

Recently, I have met other people and businesses around the world, Toronto, Berlin, Singapore and Sydney (Technology is great) who are also learning from this community and applying it to their country and journey. This is a big bonus for the team at PSWNK! :folded_hands:

For any one new or who are considering joining. I have found this platform suits our needs. Our family is always asking for help in property and I find most answers here. I also like how you can set the preferences to only show you what you are interested in, so you get what you want to see. This is far better than facebook groups. I would recommend joining this community.

Like the video, but you haven’t even mentioned other important points:

  • Your platform is powered by the big Discourse community organisation
  • It’s free for people to join
  • It takes 2 minutes to sign up, log in and start enjoying/learning from the community
  • Co-Founders 29 Years in web/it development, 38 years in real estate.
  • For us especially you can find off market properties to buy

Let me just share some news. :megaphone:

Our PSWNK community platform, daily viewing stats, tell us their is a lot of non-members (We call them anonymous viewers from all over the world) viewing.

Yes, Lee and I are starting to get the picture that we should become a global community. (This is not an easy feat to-do!)

Hi @ABarnes. Because we cover all 6 real estate categories their is a lot of information here. Re your question. [See this link] it will provide some answers.

You can mute what you don’t want. As a example if you are only on a live journey then the categories, help for new members, members only, and residential are all that you need so you can mute everything else. Our new videos and explainer pdf’s will be available later this month.
