Just read this article thought I would post to our community, as I don’t see much about checking homes for potential earth quake problems.

Thanks @ABarnes @chris-newkids We are looking at a brick house with what appears to be a cracked chimneys which the builders inspection didn’t pick up. This post reminded me to take a closer inspection.
