It’s a busy place. Lots of rail improvements. We lived in Silverstream and loved the valley. It’s a lot different now. Thats progress.

Upper Hutt is a great place to live but is coming under pressure through underinvestment in infrastructure.

Perfect for Kiwis relocating or immigrants coming into NZ.

Upper Hutt and its suburbs would be an ideal place to start out renting as there is a lot of properties that are rented out.

Been in Upper Hutt for 5 years and it is a great place to live with a sensible City Council and rapid development happening in several area.
