This is very important as we have seen this behaviour in Auckland particularly in the city area. (Apartment rentals)

Thanks for this alert. We never even considered that any of our tenants has the potential to rent out as a Airbnb.

Seems to be happening in Sydney a lot according to a recent article I read.
