Being a new kid in real estate can be a real blessing. You don’t have old, outdated or concrete beliefs about how it should work for you.

This community is a real benefit for property new kids. I didn’t have this when I started out as a property investor.

It would have helped me learn a lot faster and perhaps make less mistakes. :face_with_peeking_eye:

For me it was very scary trying to buy our first home. I found the agents selling were not friendly and I didn’t understand that they were working for the seller not me.

I would be keen to see this community help all these youngsters in their real estate needs and I like the idea of the new kid on the block. It would be really interesting to have these youngsters share there thoughts.

I would like to know how they can afford to rent let alone buy a home, it must be quite scary. I personally would like to help our youngsters have better housing options.
