We will start with the residential category first. It will be in a Q&A format. I have asked the team at RealHelp to be the question proposer and at this early stage I will do the research and provide the answers. Lee and I hope to have qualified real estate industry guests posts and provide Q&A. This will provide key insights to our community’s journey.

As you are all part of this community and in most cases you have already been on this journey so feel free to jump in an offer your personal insights of do’s and don’ts.

This will be aimed at the people (Travellers) who have or about to leave home(These are the first real estate travellers starting there life long journey)

Great chart, I see what you mean with 74 journeys available to choose. I hadn’t considered that in residential buying or renting age care was actually a journey.

Hi @Hopefullone. Age care is a big journey and unfortunately unavoidable.

In the months to come we will look into this journey with our community. Anecdotally, we are hearing their is a lot of pain for people going through the age care system in NZ. We need to get the right information out to our community, so they can have a safer, smarter and more successful journey.
