Here is a tip for multiple properties. Make your car parking easy for each tenant to know!

We have seen many tenant fights over this. So here are our tips for better management.

  1. Clearly number car parks and lines between parks.
  2. Make sure rental agreement has a car park plan attached.
  3. Define with the new tenant where the parks are.
  4. If possible define a tradesman or service park.
  5. Remind existing tenants of their defined park.
  6. Be careful what you tow away.
