I have some land that I bought in the 2022 (The property market was very buoyant) Any land that came up for sale was sold quickly. But construction costs were very expensive.
After using the real estate clock I have now determined that the construction sector is wanting work.
So is now a good time to build?
Hi @ABarnes Good to see you using the real estate clock. Yes it is a good time to employ trades and seek building materials from motivated sellers. May I suggest that employing a project manager would be a smart move.

Hi all. Another benefit of this low construction market is that what-ever trade you are seeking, you probably can find a really skilled craftsman’s who is not booked up with future work. This would be perfect conditions to build a challenging new house build project.
