It’s a cool place to live. But now with the new motorway network it’s easy to get to and from Auckland.
Question, with the new motorway, have we seen housing prices increase? Also, are there new houses being built?
For those interested as I am, here is some farms available near Warkworth.
The rural land here is great for farming.
