Hi @chris-newkids That’s a really great idea. I didn’t know about this town and beach settlement. I am always on the look out for new investment areas, so having a local will be very insightful.

Never heard of it or taken much notice when passing by. Is this a boom or bust town/community?

May be due to holiday owners getting out versus home occupiers numbers reducing and perhaps wanting to move to a city where employment opportunities are.
Or perhaps it’s juts the holiday home market going through tough times!
