Just been talking to some property investors looking at Picton as an up an coming investment area? Does any one know why they would be?
@tech-newkid, itâs probably about the infrastructure work been done on the Port.

I like the thinking about buying when there are big infrastructure improvements. Their are many Australian property investors who by interstate and in NZ when there are announcements. I also suspect that some of the investors sell after the improvements.

Never thought of Picton as an investment opportunity. Isnât it just a passing location while getting on and off the Ferries?
