Q&A-Are we at the 6 O'clock real estate market-cycle phase?

This was publicise a couple days ago. After reading and hearing from our New Zealand members I wonder are we now at the six o’clock market cycle phase for investments? (The bottom) - When we are in the 6 o’clock phase there can be a lag phase that can take months or years to move to a rising market (7 O’clock - 12 O’clock ).

I see early signs the residential market may be emerging out of the bottom. I like your clock which is easy to understand.

Commercial seems to be a different story.
