Picking a time to sell when there are plenty of buyers, but few properties available is a great time to maximum your sale price. (In my experience easier said than done!!)
It took me a long time to understand that there are good and bad times to sell. (The property cycles)Eg: A sellers market (Plenty of buyers) or a buyers market (Plenty of sellers)
