We would certainly agree with this article and the NZ stats. I would assume we will start to see a rental rate difference between actual healthy homes and non compliant homes.
This is interesting, because we are seeing higher short term accomodation rental rates, especially with the DBP model (Demand based pricing).
Will we see many landlords ditch weekly/monthly for short term rental?
@RealHelp , maybe but how many short term accommodation properties actually rent out all seven days (Mon-Sun in any given week) ?
