Market rental Alert - Lower Hutt and Upper Hutt, New Zealand. Builders are telling us that they are now having to drop rentals rates on their brand new homes to obtain tenants. Happy days are coming for residential tenants.

Background - There has been a huge building boom in both of these cities but the vacant rate is changing.
