Warning! Repercussions & consequences when a tenant leaves a mess (But in this case tyres)

Reading this article has prompted me to alert private landlords (lessors). When a tenant hasn’t paid and you realise for the first time! You need to act fast!

Over my 38 years in real estate, especially in commercial & industrials I have witnessed what can happen if you don’t act. (The squeaky wheel gets the oil).

Tip#1. Before accepting any lease offer go and see what the tenant is like at their residing business location.

Tip#2. Think about what will happen to the the tenant items (say tyres in this case)
if they unfortunately go into liquidation. What would be the consequences of this headache.
